Allow O.S.C. to be your home away from home. Our homes will provide you with luxury stays while you are traveling. For the person who just needs a break and some time to simply breathe, we have a place for you. Schedule short or extended stays with us. You will have access to beautifully decorated units with ample space to enjoy yourself. For individuals who would like the use of an automobile while staying in one of our places, this can be provided for an additional cost. In preparation for your stay, you can arrange for the cabinets and fridge to be stocked with your favorite foods, snacks, and drinks. We can also provide housekeeping during your stay. From the time you make reservations until you depart, O.S.C. is here to serve you. Your rental includes transportation to and from the rental space. Our goal is for you to relax and enjoy your stay. You will have access to superior living arrangements and five star amenities all at your fingertips.

Allow O.S.C. to be your home away from home. Our homes will provide you with luxury stays while you are traveling, have your own space renovated, or while waiting for your home to become available. O.S.C. also offers short term fully furnished rental units for 3-6 month rentals. Schedule a short or extended stay with us. You will have access to beautifully decorated units with ample space to enjoy yourself and make yourself at home. We can also provide housekeeping during your stay. From the time you make reservations until you depart, O.S.C. is here to serve you. Our goal is for you to relax and enjoy your stay. You will have access to superior living arrangements and five star amenities all at your fingertips.

Thank you for choosing Our Small Circle (O.S.C.) to be your home away from home. We are excited about your stay and know you will love the space. Treat our home as yours. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your stay. The space has everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We designed it with you in mind. Take advantage of the amenities. Our team can also provide that extra level of care (catering, daily housekeeping, grocery shopping) if desired. Please adhere to O.S.C. Rules and Procedures. Breaking any of the rules will lead to the forfeiture of deposit and immediate removal from the property.
● First night stay payment due when reserving property:
● $750.00 incidental fee/deposit to be applied upon arrival (refunded at end of stay).
● Total cost of stay to be billed upon arrival:
o No checks
o Cash not accepted
o Must pay via credit card, PayPal, or Zelle (certified funds only)
o If using debit card an additional $500.00 to be billed (refunded at end of stay)
● Deposit to be returned within 24 hours of departure.
● 48 hour cancellation required:
o Failure to do so forfeits deposit
o Payment of file to be billed 50% of the original reservation amount
● O.S.C. Associate and client to conduct walk through of the unit upon arrival.
● O.S.C. Associate and client to sign-off on condition reports upon arrival.
● O.S.C. Associate and client to sign-off on condition report at departure.
● No smoking on premises.
● No pets.
● No solicitation or use of illegal drugs or substances.
● No parties or large gatherings.
● Only individuals listed in rental agreement allowed to stay overnight.
● Keys are not be duplicated or shared:
o Only person signing agreement to have possession of keys
● Doors are to be locked whenever exiting.
● No loud music.
● Noise Ordinance enforced:
o Quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM weekdays
o 11:30 weekends
● Not grilling.
● Trash to be removed daily.
● No sleeping on furniture (please use designated sleeping quarters).
● Do not handle artwork, artifacts, or furnishings.
● Furniture and artifacts not to be moved.
● Property to be returned in the condition of arrival.
● All damages to be deducted from incidental fee/deposit.
● If damages occur, the client must contact O.S.C. immediately.
● If repairs needed only O.S.C. can complete.
